The Coastal Cottage 

We bought this house in 2018 and it was a complete gut job. We did the first renovation before we moved in which included the kitchen, two bathrooms, floors, ceilings, bedrooms, light fixtures, paint, and new windows.  A few years later we tackled a second major renovation which consisted of resurfacing the front of the house, adding new windows, painting the exterior, and altering the the layout of the main level. We also added a dock and a new roof. We lived in the home for a total of six years and sold it for 5 times what we originally purchased it for.
